Welcome and thank you for viewing my page :) It is likely a long and potentially challenging journey for you to finally meet with me here on this website. I hope I can be of support to your wellbeing and mental health needs.
About me and my practice
I work in a relational manner, focusing on interpersonal relationship dynamics, underpinned by humanistic values. With international working experience, I am exposed, aware and sensitive towards experiences surrounding individual differences, racial prejudice, identity formation, acculturation, philosophy and religion.
Most of the work I do is long-term and open ended. Also, I can pivot to more solution-focused change should it be necessary. Grounded, relational, warm. I will support you in working towards self-awareness and real, lasting personal and interpersonal change.
I strive to provide you a safe space to be yourself, and provide you support that increases your awareness and self-understanding to flourish and thrive in your daily activities e.g., career, relationships.
I am comfortable addressing the messy parts of life, will support you in processing the experience of being and find the courage to get curious and surface difficult emotions you may be experiencing.
Experience
I've experienced working in a variety of clinical settings since 2016 such as NHS Psychiatric Hospital, Neurorehabilitation Services, Charity Organisations, Military Counselling Services and Private Practice.
I am constantly learning, training and open to new ideas and thoughts that adds to my personal and professional clinical skills. I conduct research and am kept abreast with the latest research journals. I always try my very best to be of service and support to my clients :)

Additional Information
"Gabriel has been a great help in my journey of 2 years to better mental health. He is understanding, listens well, before he provides practical advice." Jena
"Gabriel has been an immense emotional guide and touchstone for my mental health development. I had unresolved yet triggered issues surrounding my own identity and sexual attractiveness as a gay man, but with his help I was able to find inner peace, greater resilience and, most, importantly, a way to process my pent-up hurt and anger. Thank you very much, Gabriel Simon
"Despite the timezone differences, Gabriel is kept up to date with the latest changes happening within London. I feel comfortable, supported and relatable to him during our sessions. Highly recommend!" Louis
